Musana Camps
Yesterday we came back from the another New Hope site on Lake Victoria. I am sorry that I don't have any pictures but there is not much power there and we forgot to charge our camera before we left so it had no battery. It was a long 5 hour drive and there were huge ruts in the road so it felt like forever. When we finally got there at 8 at night we were pretty tired. But when we woke up on Sunday morning we looked out saw Lake Victoria. It was really beautiful. In the afternoon we hiked to a waterfall and climbed to the top of it. That was really cool. The next day we walked down to the beach. The beach was much different then it was a year and a half ago. It was really big. It was a long 5 hours to get there but it was worth it.

Hi John, five hours on a bumpy road would feel very long I imagine! but glad you enjoyed the beauty of Lake Victoria, and a hike to the top of a waterfall - sounds fantastic. Even though there are no photos I can imagine how special it was.
ReplyDeleteI am glad you got to see the waterfall, John. Whenever I see a waterfall it reminds me that the bible says that Jesus voice is like the sound of many waters
